Vince Suich began his career in 1967 with Ohio Bell in Cleveland, Ohio. He and his family moved to Rollinsville, Colorado, when he transferred to Mountain Bell in 1978.

Vince was with Mountain Bell when it became part of U.S. West in 1984.

In July 2000, U.S. West Communications was bought by Qwest Communications International. Vince retired from Qwest in 2001 and established VinTek Communications.
